Three or four sentences describing your ideal client and what an engagement with you produces. Say who it's for, what they walk away with, and what makes your approach different.
A few lines on the first phase of your process — what happens, who's involved, what it produces.
A few lines on the middle phase — the actual doing, and how the client sees progress.
A few lines on how engagements end — handoff, documentation, whatever "done" means for you.
A paragraph setting the scene: who the client is and the problem they had before you showed up.
A paragraph on what you built or advised, and what changed for them as a result.
A paragraph on this engagement — the shape of the problem and the shape of the solution.
A shorter engagement described in a sentence or two.
A closing paragraph: who should reach out, and what happens when they do.
